1. Establishment of Terms of Reference for the Risk Assessment/Evaluation Special Interest Group.
2. Review of the current functions of KITRY-EHS-MS for Risk Assessment/Evaluation and any currently ongoing developments.
3. Discussion of current EU & national legislation and its implications.
4. Discussion and comparison of data requirements for known methodologies for quantitative risk evaluation.
5. Comparison of KITRY-EHS-MS functionality with the perceived information management requirements of current risk assessment legislation, best practice and most commonly used methodologies for quantitative risk evaluation.
6. Identification of potential new KITRY-EHS-MS functionalities and data structures for inclusion in a development plan.
7. Proposals for funding of these developments.
8. Agreement of next actions and future meetings.

Proposed Terms of Reference :

1. To provide a forum for the discussion of the Risk Assessment/Evaluation functionality of KITRY-EHS-MS between its users and KITRY.
2. To facilitate the communication of working experience with the product and new ideas about the product between users.
3. To facilitate the communication by KITRY of planned and newly completed changes and amendments to the product to its users.
4. To identify and discuss the implications of changes to Risk Assessment/Evaluation Legislation, standards and current best practice which may affect the way in which the product is used and developed.
5. To identify priorities for fixes, changes and developments to the product, which may be used by KITRY, when planning investments in the product's development.

1. Approval of the Minutes of the First Meeting of the MSDS SIG.
2. Discussions of any Matters Arising.
3. Presentation and discussion of the specification of proposed changes and additions to KITRY-EHS-MS for Hazardous Substance Management and MSDS arising from the requirements of REACH and the GHS.
4. Identification and agreement of any amendments required to the proposed specification of KITRY-EHS-MS for Hazardous Substance Management and MSDS.
5. Overview of the development plan and progress to date.
6. Request for customers to be involved in the beta-testing of the new KITRY-EHS-MS functionalities.
7. Discussion of funding of these developments.
8. Agreement of next actions and future meetings.
